Senior Industrialisation Manager

Initially trained and educated in mechanical and polymer process engineering working in the domestic appliance industry for GE / GEC, Andrew’s long career includes time working for Husky Injection Moulding Systems in technical sales, a period of consultancy working for PERA and then contact lens manufacturing for Ocular Sciences, during which he lead the development of high-volume manufacturing technology which was the basis of a successful application for the award of ‘Processor of The Year’ at the UK Plastics Industry Awards.  Andrew subsequently took his considerable medical device development and industrialisation experience into the respiratory field working for Innovata Biomed, Vectura and Teva before joining Softhale in 2021.
